Husband had an appointment and the office staff was very incompetent. They tried to blame their screw up on me. Husband ended up driving 100 miles round trip and waste his day on there incompetents.

I recently spent the morning at the office while my mother had a procedure done and was so impressed with the practice overall, but especially with Ingrid. She was so professional, kind, patient and precise with every interaction I witnessed. What a pleasant way to spend a morning.
Lasik did not work after 2 enhancements. Back to wearing glasses unfortunately and out a lot of money for the lasik and now new glasses. Dr is very nice but the office staff never seemed to know what's happening.
Dr. Goodman did an amazing job on my PRK procedures! I am still amazed to wake up see the world CLEARLY! I chose PRK over LASIK because I'm extremely risk adverse and did not want a flap created. PRK was more uncomfortable initially during the post-op and took longer to heal, but I am extremely satisfied with the results. Dr. Goodman took the time to explain the differences in the LASIK and PRK procedures to me.
