Gary and his assistant arrived on time and was very pleasant. They thoroughly checked the dishwasher, garbage disposal and sink for issues. They found the problem was with the tubing connection from the disposal and dishwasher and quickly fixed the issue. I will definitely utilize this company in the future. Great service all around! Gary and the SLO-FLO crew knocked it out of the park. When we needed to replace our leaky water service line, they were very responsive to my initial questions, got to the job within days of my asking, and came up with a solution that avoided having to rip up our driveway. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
Gary and his team were excellent. We gave them a call based on other reviews, and I’m so happy we did. Gary came out within a few hours after I called him, determined what the issue was, gave me a quote, and didn’t even charge me. Was professionally and personable. Gary and his team continue to knock it out of the park. I first called slo flo several years ago when I was having issues with plumbing at a mobile home. He always responded day or night week day or weekend and punctual. He explained everything in full, basically the mobile home was sinking and I have since then sold it.
