SLO Creek Farms is a gem of SLO County! The family is welcoming, and the cider is absolutely amazing! The apples are truly delicious; there are a number of varieties which are great for both eating and baking. The property is delightfully natural, and beautiful throughout the seasons. Charlie Bear, the resident Golden Retriever, is as friendly and mellow as can be, and a wonderful mascot :)
Met the owner today at the Los Osos farmers market and what an awesome man! My 3 yr old daughter wanted an Apple and he not only gave her a free apple but cut it up for her to eat right there! The apple was "yummy" (as my daughter would say) so we went back & bought a bag full. Thank you sir for your kind heart, you just don't find friendly, awesome people like that everyday �
I love that we have a u-pick apple orchard here in SLO! I go every year (sometimes multiple times) and I have so much fun. They are a wonderful family and do a great job each year.
Love picking my apples here each Fall! Everyone, young, old and in-between on the Central Coast should go pick some apples!
