I have to say, I decided to ignore the reviews complaining about the customer service and the noise, and my goodness, I wish I hadn't. Do not stay here. It is not worth the hefty price to stay somewhere you cannot sleep and run by owners who do not care about their renters. I have never written a bad review in my life, but felt compelled to do so given how horrible of an experience we had. Stayed here recently. The communication with this hotel is horrible. They don’t answer their phones. We wanted to add an extra night to are stay but they are unreachable so we had to book the extra night online. With two online reservations we got charged two cleaning fees. We spoke with them and they said they would refund one of the cleaning fees which makes sense because they only cleaned the room once after the stay. The listings for SLO Brew Lofts are incredibly misleading and underplays how noisy, noisy is. The “loud nearby noise”??? It’s the bar directly downstairs with a DJ and blaring speakers that are right under the floor of the loft! So loud it’s vibrating the entire apartment and I can hear everything from every inch of the place. They obviously know this because they take no refunds or noise complaints.
