SL is hands down the best shop I’ve been to in NYC. Alex is an Ace, no questions, period point blank. The man is no nonsense, he’s honest, extremely knowledgeable and his pricing is fair. Remember, when deciding on a mechanic you do get what you pay for so don’t cheap out where it matters the most. He treated my machine as I would, with the utmost care. Alex Lerner has got to be in the top 5% of Harley mechanics in the country. He can -and has- built custom v-twins from the frame up. Ironically, I met Alex when a local Harley dealership that failed to fix my bike after 3 attempts,, introduced me to him. I have never gone anywhere else since. I find him to be absolutely trustworthy and totally reliable.
