Jeff and the SLM team are extremely knowledgeable and very customer focused. They communicated all along the way and truly want to do what best and reasonable for the client. I will be using them for both our Audi’s from here on out!
I had an electrical issue on my Audi A5 and SLM did what many other places declined at a good price. Audi quoted 3x the cost and couldn’t touch what these guys did. Besides the repair they gave me an inspection, recommended services with estimates, and updates throughout my experience. Overall I am very impressed and would definitely recommend this to anybody else considering.

SLM recently did an exhaust system for my Audi and their recommendations and service was amazing. My car sounds great and they do a great job. Highly recommend.
I setup an appointment online for my wife's 2016 audi TT to get the software update for apple carplay and the earliest time was mid October. I was contacted 2 days later and they let me know they could schedule me much sooner if all I needed was a software update. Instead of waiting 2 months, they fixed it in 2 weeks. P.s. SLM also previously put a stage 1 apr tune and cold air intake on the TT which transformed the car. I have an 2018 A5 sportback that I desperately need modified so it's as fun to drive as the TT.
