SLM it’s the only place I take my VW. They are fast, thorough, and have great communication before, during , and after the service. They provide detailed estimates and don’t do any work unless I approve it first.
WOW, amazing service, GREAT prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff with constant communication. I just moved to the Omaha area and my X5 was having air suspension issues; SLM had my vehicle repaired and converted to regular shocks and springs in no time! I really appreciate the quickness of the repair. My vehicle also came back to me CLEANER (both inside and out) than when I had it dropped off. I purchased a 2017 Audi TT from Carvana. I was dubious about purchasing a car sight unseen so I asked SLM to do a pre-purchase inspection. Carvana has a 7-day return policy where a buyer can report issues discovered in a PPI for repair coverage so SLM expedited the inspection. The report I received was very thorough--about 4 pages worth bumper to bumper with photos.
