I have tried close to a dozen shops in Charlotte for alignments over the last 6 years. This was the only shop that got it 100% the first time(and at a great price). After my experience today, I certainly will not be taking my cars to any other shop. SLK all the way!
Awesome shop for your wheel alignment needs, Spero and his crew have been very welcoming and knowledgeable. I have tried calling a few local shops for my little Smart car but to no avail; either they did not want to touch the car or the car was too small to fit on their lift. The last shop that managed to do the alignment for me did not do a good job and charged me quite a bit. I made an appointment last week to get an alignment and a mount and balance. The guy at the front desk told me to drop my car off on Monday so they could work on it Tuesday morning and it would be ready for pick up on Tuesday. I jump through hoops to drop my car off Monday night, get a ride to work, get a ride home, and then get another ride back to the shop to pick up the car only to find out that when I had to call at 2:30, that their alignment guy was out sick For the next few days and the car hasn’t been touched.
