Never had a problem with the staff. Everyone seemed nice to me. Dr. Dave is kind and humble. I think he is a wonderful physician.

Visited Dr Ayesha a number of times here. She is a really good doctor but the administive staff is by far the worst I have ever encountered. I spoke to Sam. Called to book a simple appointment. Extremely rude, no empathy, horrible attitude. I was hung up on. I called back to speak to Karen, who tells me that Sam is leaving in two weeks so reporting her bad behaviour to the management wouldn't really make a difference. I have been under the care of this physician along with my entire family, and I must say that she is exceptional. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and demonstrates excellent clinical judgment. I trust her completely with our health care needs, and she has always provided top-tier care. Horrible experience here. Dr Ayesha herself isn’t all bad, it’s the receptionist! I was late for an appointment. I came in and apologized and I asked if I could still be seen. She was rude, refused to rebook another appointment and gave me a bill for not showing up even though I was there.
