Smiley faces and hidden deceit add up to terrible service and wasted money. The rep I dealt with, Helen, provided exactly that, a friendly face and terrible service. For our Hawaii family vacation, I made it clear to her that our dates were not final. Not only she made reservations that implied ridiculously heavy penalty for any change or cancellation but also she got us a hotel one star less that our request without out knowledge.
