Unbelievably inconsiderate landlord, claims she cares about the students and their financial situations but imposes late fees any second she can, any additional fees, always looking for ways to get a couple extra bucks in her pocket while doing nothing for the residents. Does not pay any attention to her properties including campus edge and waits for any chance to forcefully take money from college students.
