Champlain Valley Collision is absolutely top-notch in both customer service and workmanship. UPDATE: Samantha reached out to me and had me drive out to have her husband look at my car. I appreciate them taking the time to check on my vehicle. I don't see many recent reviews, so I'll try and save some people the trouble that I went through. I had my car transferred to Champlain Valley Collision after an accident, and my insurance told me the mechanic would get back to me shortly or I could contact them. I have been very satisfied with the quality of work and timeframe to complete the work. I would definitely recommend to others and will visit them again in the future if the need arises.
I am a 73-year-old retired man who has, regrettably, been to many repair shops in my life. I can honestly say that Champlain Valley Collision and Repair is the best repair shop I have ever, in my life, used for repairs to my vehicles. Put in an insurance claim and brought our car here for repairs. Samantha scheduled an appointment getting us in quickly. Her estimate of the time it would take them to complete was spot on. We had some hiccups with the insurance company and Samantha took care of handling everything for us so we didn't have to deal with it. We are super pleased with the work.
