Giving a big shout out to Champlain Valley Collision and Repair for the terrific job they did on repairing my vehicle. In February I skidded on some ice at a stop sign and slid into the truck ahead of me. This caused front end damage requiring attention. Champlain Valley Collision is absolutely top-notch in both customer service and workmanship. This was (unfortunately for me) the second time in the last year that I’ve needed major repairs on my electric vehicle after an accident, and I’m incredibly grateful for how smooth and positive the experience was. UPDATE: Samantha reached out to me and had me drive out to have her husband look at my car. I appreciate them taking the time to check on my vehicle. I don't see many recent reviews, so I'll try and save some people the trouble that I went through. I had my car transferred to Champlain Valley Collision after an accident, and my insurance told me the mechanic would get back to me shortly or I could contact them. I have been very satisfied with the quality of work and timeframe to complete the work. I would definitely recommend to others and will visit them again in the future if the need arises.
I am a 73-year-old retired man who has, regrettably, been to many repair shops in my life. I can honestly say that Champlain Valley Collision and Repair is the best repair shop I have ever, in my life, used for repairs to my vehicles.
