It was good once we finally got the rental. When we first got to location they couldn't get any of the slings to turn on:( the one we reserved wasn't even at the location. Wasted about 1hr then we had to go pick it up downtown , the sling had no gas, it was dirty , no helmets... They didn't even call to apologies for the inconvenience.

Amazing staff who are helpful from start to finish for a first time rider. Will be back!!!!
