After 2 months of using the slingshot I had pain at every moment. Its also double the weight of a traditional carbon socket and bottome heavy. My limb pistoned in it since day 1. Our 3 year old daughter is a bilateral TK amputee and has been in traditional carbon fiber sockets since she was 15 months old. We’ve experienced ALL the usual issues. I could not recommend Slingshot more. .The sockets are revolutionary, but the team is even better! I took my 4 yo bilateral BKA in for her second set of sockets. The first pair, we just didn't have a ton of luck with. They were constantly not fitting correctly and we had to stack socks on socks to get them to fit.
