I came into last Saturday for an oil change, tire rotation and 2 recalls having to do with the back up camera. I picked up my car and drove it home approximately 1.5 hours later. I didnt drive it on Sunday, but when I started to go to work Monday am approximately 615 am, it wouldnt start. The outside/interior lights came on, and the fan worked, but the dash wouldnt light up. Jay did a FABULOUS job! He was so kind to me over the phone and in person. He kept me updated on what was going on during my service. I even saw him talking to other customers and I have to say that he is so empathetic and genuine and has one of the best customer service skills i’ve seen. Besides Jay, the service was conducted promptly and they charged a VERY fair price. They’ve just earned themselves my business for any future issues i have and purchases!
This is the only review I have ever done because up until now I never had a reason to. I would give 50 stars if I could ! Jason Simmerman and Chris Smith went way up and above and got me into the vehicle I really wanted, with a great deal. They both treated me like a Queen. They expended quite a bit of effort all the while being friendly and never rude, quite patient.
