DON'T DO IT, DRIVE RIGHT ON BY!!! This place is a mess service depart is so bad they make an appointment with you then don't even look at it for days later. THEN they want to charge you a "diagnostic fee" of $350.00 just to look at it. Chuck in service told me pay it or come and get your truck. I have Endurance repair insurance and still they want you to pay!! What a bunch of crooks!! One of the service guys actually left his cell phone UNDER MY HOOD!! Never again will I buy ANYTHING from these crooks!

DON'T DO IT!! Drive right on by!!!! The service department is terrible!! They make an appointment with you but don't get your truck in for days later. THEN they want you to sign off on their "diagnostic fee" for $350.00 before they will even start. I have Endurance top coverage but still nothing, pay or come and get your truck Chuck told me! WHAT A SCAM NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!

This place is god awful. The service is bad, the communication is worse, they will spend forever with your vehicle and still leave problems unresolved after charging you. I gave them my vehicle for 2.5 weeks while I was paying for an enterprise vehicle and they still didn't fix all the issues. When I got the truck back, I said to them, this still isn't right, you need to fix it. They said they'd escalate to a manager and get me a loaner. I leased a 2025 Jeep Gran Cherokee on July 5th with 10 miles on it and picked the Jeep up 2 days later with 200 miles on it. They said they gave me the wrong Jeep , Now it wont start and I have been caling AAA weekley to jump it and they said tuff shit Stay away

I wrote a previous review on this site about Ken Nelson Chevrolet? I was a bit hasty in writing it and wish to change my review.  I have since returned to the dealership and spoke with Chad the Sales Manager and explained the encounter I had.  Chad made it all better and now I have nothing but praise for them. So much so, that I ordered a new Corvette from them.  Chad gave me a great deal on my new Corvette and am very pleased with this dealership.  Thanks Again!

Terrible technicians. Car was damaged during "repairs" that have been estimated to be around 2000 dollars. They do not stand by theirrepairs and its understandable give the shoddiness of the work. Take your business elsewhere.

My wife and I were headed to the OBX and my Jeeps serpentine belt blew apart. My Jeep was towed to this dealer after I made an appointment online. Once I arrived at the dealer I was told the appointment I made was through a third party system, and it was for a diagnostic appointment only and any service would be a few days in the future. I spoke to a lovely young lady at the counter and explained my situation. It was my wedding anniversary, and we had rented a beach house and were to check in that day. Just stopped by Ken Nelson Chevy in Dixon. Walked in the front door and no one at the desk? I got the impression that no one was interested in helping me?  Finally Someone asked if I needed help? I said yes I would like some info on ordering a car. The lady said I will get the Manager to help you since I am unsure of the process? I said ok. Apparently the Manager was too busy to help me? Horrible customer service. I purchased a 2024 RAM from them. I recently traded it in at another dealer for a 2500 RAM. I have been calling them to cancel my extended warranty and obtain a refund on the unused portion I am entitled to . Every phone call went to voicemail and no return calls. I was eventually able to obtain an email address I was supposed to email so they could send me the form that I needed to submit. I have done this and NOTHING!
