Rude, obnoxious and toxic. Don't expect a core charge return. Instead, expect to be threatened with a $250 charge on top of your already over-priced convertor price. The language via Email, all without a name to it was coercive and bullying in nature. My consumer rights would have allowed a victory via FairTrade NSW, but I'm opting for a bad review to warn people about this company's domineering approach to convertor sales.
