Good dive bar overall, but drink prices were super high.
This is a nice cozy dive bar in south Seattle. Great outdoor space where I heard live music. Nice ambiance and easy enough to get to via public transit bus 131/132 just a few blocks away. I'm taking a star off for prices. The cover charge for the band was a bit high (almost $5 more than the same band at other comparable venues around Seattle). And the drinks were too pricey. Great burger, delicious chilli and Molly was amazing!! Great vibes all around!
We came to Slims when visiting from our of town. The food was good. The service wasn't awful but the female bar tender charged us for 3 drinks that we didn't order. (Our bill was around $200.) We decided to ignore the over charge since we were in vacation mode. 3 days later we got a fraud report from our credit card company. It flagged the charge because the bar tender charged us for 25 dollars for a T-shirt and gave herself a $175 tip.
