I recently scheduled an appt for a lash lift at this location for 11:15. Less then a hour before my appt. the business texted me that they couldn’t see me because of maintenance issue and if I could come later. I was told 1 pm is avail. I confirmed that I could be avail at 1. Then reconfirmed and asked would it be okay to come in at that time. The business then waits til 1255 to ask if I was still coming at 1.
