The staff, particularly Richie and William, bring a unique energy to the place. You don’t meet them so much as you encounter them. At one point, Richie adjusted my side mirror while whispering “now you can see the truth”. They did a great job fixing my vehicle and were honest.
Always a great experience at Eastside European!! Marcos and the entire staff are kind and knowledgeable. Can’t recommend them more.

Excellent service and communication from Eastside. I really like the app they use to send you details of your repair along with pictures. Their honesty is refreshing! When they did not use all the parts in a kit for a repair, they called me later and refunded me the money for the parts they did not use in the kit. I would have never known.... Highly recommend for your German car repair.
