quick and easy website and products were well packed and as described
I order one of the A4 slimline brochure stands and it was delivered within a couple of days and is absolutely perfect for what I needed it for, so much so that I just may need another one and I know where to go to get it.
Very poor customer experience. The returns policy is excessive — you’re expected to cover return shipping and pay a 20% restocking fee, making it almost pointless to return anything. It feels designed to discourage returns rather than support customers. There was also no effort to provide a reasonable alternative or solution, which was frustrating. Definitely not how most reputable businesses operate. The most laughable was the suggestion we sell them on gumtree?!? Your kidding! I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from here.
Fatima was an amazing person and went above and beyond to make my experience 10/10. If anyone deserves a raise it’s her.
Great value and outstanding customer service from Fatima. I ordered a TV stand, but he freight company messed up over easter. Fatima followed this through and organised for a direct delivery the same day i contacted them. Highly recommended
