Not sure what to make of these guys... I called to ask about a replacement window for a Century shell. Gave him the serial and he said he'd check. Next day, he said it was too old, not in the system, not available. I called Century directly, they had the window assembly, 4 in stock ready to ship. Told me the color, model, and fit of the shell. But since CTC has exclusive dealer territories and won't sell direct (ugh, really, even in 2018) I contacted dealers from the surrounding area and found them all helpful and eager to m... read more
