RecommendedI started my journey with Slim4Life at the end of August and I am down 60 pounds!!!!! I have done many diets and exercises and nothing. Doing this program you have to be ready and disciplined. It is not easy and temptations are all over. This is a lifestyle change and I will say it has and still is changing my life still have more to lose, but doing it one day at a time!!! Thank you Slim4Life!!!!
I like the program and LOVE the staff at Lee's Summit. They really care about my success and help me stay focused or get me back on track if I slip up. I'm down 38 lbs now and couldn't have done it by myself.

I've lost 60 pounds on program and have been maintaining it easily for months now. I couldn't have done it without the help of my counselors. I would recommend this for anyone who has struggled weight loss. These ladies helped make it so much easier! Very happy!!
Getting me to stick to a diet plan is like pulling teeth but these ladies literally changed my life. 280+, man boobs, lazy, tired and unmotivated...that was the norm. So, I talked to Jessica, got signed up and the program was so easy everything just became natural. My home store was Independence and I liked em, but I found my way at the LS store more often because I loved em. Now I'm 230 and feel amazing. I'm in the gym every morning and now my toolbelt just falls off my butt!! Appreciate ya S4L...I ain't chunky no mo'
These girls are amazing; very helpful and so encouraging. This was my 4th week and I have almost hit my 20 lbs milestone. No other plan has been as easy to follow as this one. I have a ways to go still but I feel confident that with help from this program and the staff here I will hit my goal in fashion.
