Just got through with Slim4life. Went through the whole program and lost over 150 pounds .i highly recommend it to anyone who needs to lose weight. The program is great everyone is really nice and helpful. They do one on one with you . The program is catered to you and your weight loss need or goal . I couldn't have done it without the fantastic folks at Slim4life hulen . Two thumbs up and 5 stars .
