I've been able to lose 16 lbs over the holidays thanks to the help of the associates at the Arlington Slim4Life. The support is fantastic. The program works. With the support of the knowledgeable staff i will make it to my healthy goal weight.
I tried every way to get the weight off. I have a heart condition and other troubles as well. They put me on a plan. I followed that plan and lost 65lbs in 3 months. This is so easy. I was looking at surgery until this. I go to the Arlington location and my favorites as far as counselors go are: Kathy, Kacy, Alex, and Cindy.
