The Fifth Ave location is stunning — clean, minimal, and peaceful. I loved how thorough their skin analysis was before the facial. I ended up adding a body treatment too because the staff explained how detox can help with both skin and body goals. Great experience all around.
Tried the full slimming package (Emsculpt + herbal + nutrition consult) and can’t believe how much it’s helped. My digestion even feels better after their body massage, and my clothes are fitting more comfortably. Planning to keep this up through the summer.

False advertising + chaotic service + arrogant attitude — total disaster! During our first appointment, we specifically took a car to get there, only to be told on arrival that “we can’t take you today.” Not a single word of apology.
