First off, I'm lazy and I did this - you can too. It's not hard at all! The fat loss was consistent and eventually predictable week after week, for months! I followed their protocol, as much as I didn't want to at times, but I kept feeling better and better and I wasn't even hungry, shocking - I know. Slim Down is a cheaper alternative to Ideal Protein but with all the same results. If you need to lose weight this is the place to go!

Slim Down St Pete has been great. I have lost 23 pounds and feel fantastic. Their diet and foods are easy to follow and they definitely work. They are thorough and extremely helpful with recipes and suggestions to help with losing weight.
