We order food from drive thru window on way out of town this afternoon at 12ish. We were missing buffalo macaroni bowl and chayenne chicken sandwich. The chicken tender where way over cooked and dried out where they tasted burnt. They were not even busy at the time. Do you all not know how to expodite a drive thru window order. This is the 2 time in 4 months something has been wrong at this location. The soda machine needs its lines cleaned. The rootbeer had a funny flavor to it as well. How is this okay. Food was amazing
Got my order wrong on my lunch break twice. Never coming back to this one unless someone kisses my you know what. Ole girl on the register at 11:46A.M. on September 23rd 2025 was initially nice but that was short lived. Come on Slim's.. I'm a loyal customer to the Slim Chickens off of 78th and University in Lubbock and it makes this one in Levelland look like a joke. Thanks a lot for getting my order wrong TWICE and ruining my lunch. Ohhh and don't try to tell me you'll "fix it" or try to reprimand someone because the manage... read more
