We used the mobile app to order. When we arrived to pick it up there were two cars in front of us in drive thru and a couple of cars in the parking lot. Not really busy at all. We waited in line longer than usual and when we pulled up to the window it too 10 minutes for anyone to come to the window. We got out food and had to ask for the sauces. Today went to pick up my mobile order in the drive thru which I ordered 5 minutes before leaving the house. Got to the restaurant to be asked to pull to the window, Waited 10 minutes before anyone even opened the window to give up an update or tell us what we are waiting on or anything just waiting 10 minutes for anything. We get the order and there is no sauces in anything, Not inside of the meals or in a side container there is none I tell the woman at the window and she tells us she would have to charge for sauce before I... read more
