This spot was fantastic and it all started with the manager Tyler. I’ve worked in customer service over 10yrs and very rarely do I find people that match the happiness and love for there job as I do… Tyler was exceptional. Patient and understanding with the willingness to make sure my first experience was top notch. Now to the food. I stopped by this Slim Chickens location recently and unfortunately had another disappointing experience with the service. When I walked in, Angie V was at the register. She had a noticeably irritated demeanor and didn’t greet me or acknowledge that she could assist with my order. When placing my order, she was not personable at all. Her tone came across as rude and snappy, and she seemed clearly irritated throughout the interaction.
