Picking up an order, it took 20 minutes and repeated prompts after arriving for them to *begin* the order. Every group that placed their order after my arrival was finished before my pickup began. Though this time was the worst, every delivery pickup here has been bad. If I had the ability to blacklist deliveries from restaurants, this location would be the first added.
Good food. Absolutely awesome service!
First time, went through the drive thru, ordered wings with fried pickles. They did not repeat back my order. Made my order wrong. Didn’t recieve fried pickles or dipping sauce. Went back around and wanted to charge me for it because they had forgot to. By the time I made it back around, the rest of my food was cold too and they wouldn’t give me a refund. Just the pickles. The ordering was ponderous. The onion rings in the salad and the ranch dressing were an instant stomach turner and the okra was woody. My first and def last trip.
