Have eaten here several times with a mediocre experience. On 5/11/26 placed order and didn’t receive an item (chicken and waffle) I spoke to the manager and was assured the next time I came in they would make it right and I had been placed on the “managers list”. I went back on 7/19/26 and asked for the meal originally ordered. The manager , Ben, told me they had no record of their error and insinuated I was making up the first encounter. Big fan if slim chickens glad there is one right around the corner! Had an issue with an order came back to the store and the staff took care of me no questions and we even shared a laugh.
As I was waiting for my order to be completed this evening, I noticed the team member who was preparing our food pulling up his pants and adjusting his shirt several times. I reported this matter to the manager and instead of apologizing and offering to remake the order with proper handling, he just stated that he can refund the order as long as I give everything back.
