I had a great experience at this Slim Chickens! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I made a mistake with my order, but the staff handled it with kindness, professionalism, and no hassle at all. This place has so much potential to be amazing, but the staff and food portions ruin it. For two people it was over 32 dollars, which is insane when the containers are hardly filled. Their tender bowls are filled maybe halfway, and the side of Mac and cheese I ordered was hardly 5 spoonfuls. After waiting for 20 minutes, we got cold food and my order was wrong. The staff here are rude and slow, and it’s frankly too expensive for the value.
