Overall good for being a new type of restaurant in Spanish Springs and Reno//Sparks. Downloading app and having to order online makes purchasing experience a bit of a hassle. Esp if you want to take advantage of coupons.
It is my kid and I's favorite place for lovingly made fried chicken. And the okra!? Dont sleep on that.
Every time I come here I get the same thing, a tender Mac bowl. It’s literally just Mac n cheese and shock strips cut up into it. And some how I always end up waiting in the drive through for 20-30 minutes waiting on my food. I’m not sure if this is a common issue or if it’s just when someone orders a Mac bowl but regardless they need to figure out a better system for this.
