Manager “Kara Harris” seems to be overworked. We had an issue at the location and she was rude. It’s near the end of the night and she seemed to be tired. The store should consider doing something to help the work load and the store. Of course I’m annoyed but I don’t think she would have been snappy for no reason.
Grab dinner and the fries where old and hard, just gross. Just threw them away. $35 later for half a dinner. Cashier was not friendly at all either. Very disappointed, the first time I was there we loved it. Not now!!!
Employees are very unprofessional and are also rude when me and my fiance walked in the door they did not greet us and when we got a cup of ice water they were extremely rude... the atmosphere in the lobby is completely disgusting the floors and the tables both are extremely sticky the bathrooms are disgusting and most definitely need some cleaning time.. it was about 4:00 p.m. when we came the restaurant was too dead for the lobby to look the way it did but instead of doing the job that they signed up for like welcoming the... read more
