Food was brought out very quickly. Chicken was cold and didn’t seem fresh. Staff seemed kinda careless. Won’t be eating here again.

This location used to be good, but the service has really gone downhill. There are too many young employees standing around, staring at customers at the drive-thru instead of actually working. The lack of customer service skills is disappointing. It’s ridiculous that we spend our money here and receive this kind of treatment. I ordered a 4-piece tender plate, and it was served cold. I really wanted to like Slim Chickens, but this was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The chicken tenders were dry and bland, with barely any breading, and the breading tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. The fries were limp and greasy, not crispy at all. On top of that, service was slow even though the restaurant wasn’t busy, and the staff seemed more interested in talking with each other than helping customers.
