We were greeted soon as we walked in. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Our food was out to us within ten minutes, much quicker than expected. The food was great! Will definitely go back.
not gonna lie i'd prefer cane's over this place . the managers are rude ( except two ) , establishment isn't up to par , there's a bad fly problem , roaches crawling out the drains . Customer service all over the place depending who's the cashier that day , food be done workers aren't smart enough to remember the food has been prepared & lets it get cold . Needs alot of improvement
The food has always been hot and fresh. My complaint is strictly about the wait. I came through the drive-thru. After being asked to pull to the window and ordering, I was asked to pull up to the sidewalk. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a bowl. The customers behind me which were 2 others at the time I pulled forward got their food. 2 other customers went thru the drive-thru got their food. I’m still waiting. Deserves ZERO stars. Employees are rude, place is disgusting. Your shoes stick to the floor. Served us cold food. Terrible food. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to Canes instead.
The last few times we have visited here the food has not been good at all! The wings are always hard and not fresh, the tenders do not be fresh, but full of grease. We always ask for no salt fries and that doesn’t ever happen. The fries don’t be fresh, it seems like the food sits on a warmer for a long time. Very disappointed
