Food was great but drive thru worker was so rude for no reason. Hates the job she applied for. If i could give service 0 stars i would. Not to mention they take forever in the drive thru
This is the best Slim Chickens location I have ever been to. The food is always on point and the employees are absolutely amazing. Very welcoming and so friendly!
Clerk taking the order was on the phone the entire time. 15 minutes to get food in the dine in. They had large fans blowing with no ac and when the order came the food was cold. I took it back and she said they will have to drop fresh chicken ,I said ok.. she said do you want fresh fries too? The only reason I gave two stars is the manager made it right and apologized.
First time trying and the tenders werent hot. They wouldve been tasty had they been fresh. Fries were hot but soggy. Drink tasted like the fountain machine lines never gets cleaned. The only thing good was the atrawberry shortcake jars. I went thru drive thru which they made me and 2 other cars pull down so i thouggt the food would be hot and fresh but nope. The mac and cheese tender bowl was ok. They didnt provide any utensils. I had to go in for them. I would definitely try again, it just wont be THIS location!!!
I went in last Friday for lunch, and i was walking to get my drink filled up, i proceeded to hear who looked like a manager call a worker the r slur. That doesn't sit right with me, as a parent i have a kid who is genuinely autistic and I feel bad for the kid. This is NOT good management!!
