Food is usually good. The service got a little better. They actually welcomed us in this time.
I usually come here on my work break and get the Buffalo Chicken Tender Mac Bowl. I don’t know what’s going on with this location, but for the last 2–3 months, every time I’ve gotten this meal, it has been served cold and I only come once in a while after the first time experiencing this because now I already know what to expect with the food quality and for some reason keep hoping the staffing and management would get better but nope..... Special shoutout to the management team for phenomenal customer service. An honest error was made to my order, and like true professionals, they were able to make it right, hassle free. The food is amazing as well.
