Used to be a great place but your workers ruined it. Snotty and incompetent.
My husband and I came to Slim Chickens in Mankato for a date night, but we requested a refund before our food was prepared because of several food safety concerns we personally observed. The kitchen is completely open to customers, making it easy to see food handling practices. We observed the manager actively using a cell phone while in the food preparation area. Slim chickens is a place I regularly visit because of the food, I love the food. The issue I have with this place is the drive thru. The employees are very nice but the wait times vary. If you eat here, I recommend going inside. The drive thru needs work. I would always be bumper-to-bumper with other cars, so I you get your food before the person in front, you are trapped in there until they get their food.
