Ridiculously bad service and repeat mistakes. I ordered a 5&5 and received the wrong wings and no tenders. I get home and notice the order was incorrect and call the store, 10 mins before closing. The manager told me the best they could do is give me 5 tenders even though my wings were wrong. I ask for a full refund instead and then I was told I’d have to bring the food back. This place used to be pretty good. I'm not sure what's going on with the chicken strips now. They're TINY! They gave me one almost the same size as the dipping sauce cup. I thought it was a one time thing the last time I came but it seems to be the new normal.
Cashier looked like she was wearing street clothes. Maybe it was casual Friday. It was icy cold in there too, make sure to bring a heavy coat to keep from freezing.
