Went through the drive-thru and got three meals for my family. One being a child. I was told upfront that they were out of medium cups, and if I wanted drinks, I would have to get larges with a 60 cent upcharge on each. I accepted as we wanted drinks. When I got to the window to pay, I saw 3 visible tall stacks of medium cups literally next to the window and 2 nearly depleted stacks of large cups. The food was as usual awesome, but as we pulled up it was as if the the drivethru worker was cooking the food because she said she would be right with us and my you this happened for a good 5-8 minutes before we could order. As we were ordering it was a little hard to hear what the lady was saying because of the car wash about 20ft away. But overall the experience was good.

Food was horrible!!! cold chicken!!! Mac n cheese was like water!!! no help from staff tried to charge for sauce that they forgot to give!!!kids play to much instead of helping customers
