Look. The chicken is incredible. The service… not so much. When I order online and am told to expect the food by 11:25 am and then get there - get out of my vehicle to wait in line - struggle to the counter and am told my food was not yet ready???? What the heck is the point of ordering online????? Just TELL THE TRUTH about the time the food will be available. With the truth I can adjust my drive time - get gas, etc..
