This is for the Rt60 location in Boyd, County Ky. We ordered 2 takeout family meals. The food was fast, the workers were nice, our order was correct. The fries were good. The Texas toast was good. The sauces were also good. The chicken was not good. The portion size was small, and the chicken was very dry. We ended up throwing away a lot of the chicken, it was not edible. There were 5 people in our group and noone liked the chicken, which is what we came for. Not sure what went wrong.
Best chicken sandwich in town.
The teenagers have some room for growth in customer service, but they are very friendly. The managers are all wonderful. Foods always great and quick to get to the table.
This food quality is definitely not the same as the one in down town Ashland, the chicken is much more thinner and you can tell it’s been reheated multiple times, fries were old and cold as well. Even the soda had a off taste, definitely wasn’t good and won’t be going back
Very disappointing experience, i had went through the drive-thru and was being rushed while ordering. The employee apparently forgot to turn off the microphone and said, "Oh my God, just order already," so I decided to leave without ordering.
