Great service great food
Waited over 30 minutes for our order. It was ready sitting in the window for 10 minutes. Had to tell 2 different employees if they can bag it and even that took forever. I haven't had any issues at other locations but this one-poor service and poor quality of food as it was cold by the time we got it. Had gotten it to go and went to hospital right next to it and it was cold
03/06/2026 around 8:40pm - Worst experience I’ve ever had at a slims. The younger girl they had working at the drive thru window(maybe high school) was extremely rude and very obviously hated working here. ON TOP OF, making me pull forward and wait after letting 4-5 cars retrieve their food and leave, the food was OBVIOUSLY sitting in the cold, and was old. This was extremely disappointing. I went there for the mushrooms. My son brought some home from the Fayetteville location and they were golden and crispy. The ones I got today were soggy and disgusting, not cooked at the proper heat. All the breading was at the bottom of the container in a mushy mess. I will never go there again.
