I went through the Drive through at 11:20am today 5/5/26. The lady that took my order was a real person that was polite. This isn't normal for fast food restaurants. I dont remember her name but she needs a pat on the back for doing way better than most.
Found a fly in the chicken and waffle, either they let the fly land on the waffle mix or there was a fly in their waffle mix. This is disgusting and who knows what other food they have in there could be contaminated with other bugs or germs🤢
When waiting on our order there was employees and friends of the employees running in and out of the restaurant while we were waiting. They were running in between the cars, yelling, and throwing things.
Extremely loud in there food was not good, service was right there with the food.
