This location increased their prices and they’re using an AI bot to take your order. That’s honestly one of the worst things I’ve ever seen. Absolutely disgusting work from this store owner

The service at Slim’s has really gone downhill. My wife and I used to be big fans, but after our recent visit, we both agreed we won’t be coming back. The chicken strips were clearly frozen and then thawed — you can tell by the texture. They weren’t crispy or crunchy, just soggy and unappetizing. The fries have also changed and are now poor quality. We ended up throwing our food away and went to another restaurant instead. Good luck serving soggy, frozen chicken strips!
