Slowest food service I have ever experienced in my 47 years of life. Do NOT visit this place. Front counter service was good but not worth the wait for mediocre chicken.
Great service, juicy and tender chicken! First time so I got the 5 tenders meal and got fried pickles. Really love the sauces… got a bunch and loved them all!
Great chicken! It's always super good but I got the wrong side today. My food came up almost instantly but then I couldn't get anyone's attention to swap it out. There was a small rush behind me and it totally overwhelmed the understaffed crew. Not their fault. Everyone here was super nice when they were available but I hate not getting what I paid for!!
Dropping to 4 stars overall and 3 stars for service. I have been giving this self order a try since they put it in and I am not a fan. Most the time I am standing there waiting for a drink cup because either they are too busy to give me a cup or no one is up front because of being short staffed. Still the food is great, just that the service has went down a bit.
