I took my family in last night to eat dinner on Halloween a bit before 8 o'clock. The food was not what I expected at all at first, the frys were cold the chicken was too. I talked to Kristin the manager working last night and she went above and beyond to make it right. She cooked all of our food fresh which was absolutely incredible. Also gave us some coupons to use next time we come in and also threw in a free desert jar! Thank you for taking care of us and actually caring for a customer! We used to visit here every Sunday evening, then the food quality started to slip. Thought I’d give them another try tonight. Chicken sandwich was not even edible. Tiny chicken breast that didn’t even cover the bun, and it was so over fried that it was chewy and parts of it I literally could not bite. With so many chicken spots in Liberty, I’d pass this one on by.
First time customer to this one. It was very good love the sauce choices quick and good service
