Food was fresh and crispy. The spicy is quite spicy without making you cry and regret your life choices. The music is a fun fit for the place.
Ever since Shunn has been working drive thru (and everything else) our visits have been awesome! She has great customer service above and beyond. I'm extremely surprised she's not a manager. She definitely should get a raise so the company can keep her. Keep shining Shunn!!!
This is my first time trying Slim Chickens and I am proud to shout out Russel and his amazing customer service! He greeted us with the warmest smile the moment we walked in the door! He was happy to offer us a thorough tour of their menu and all of his recommendations were top notch! Place has gone to literal crap! Website and app doesn't work most of the time. Calling in an order and you get some one at some sort of call center instead of the actual restaurant. Then once you get there the order isn't ready... 20 minutes after you even placed the order. Then after you get your order like 40min later it's still not correct. Loud obnoxious junior high kids take over the entire restaurant especially the booths and steal sodas using their own cups. Unfortunately the wife wants to start taking the kids and me to Chicfila!!!
