I love this location (North Tarrant). They have the best chicken strips, fried pickles and ranch. I am very particular about my fried pickles and ranch, but they hit the mark every single time. The place is always clean and the service is fast. Overall they have the best customer service and all of the staff as a whole seem very professional. This location is absolutely the WORST. My family and I have been coming to Slim Chickens for years, and it’s honestly sad to see how much this location has gone downhill. I’m not sure what has happened with the food, but it is consistently cold, and the quality is nowhere near what it used to be. The staff is often rude, and many times they seem like they have no idea what’s going on. What happened to the friendly, welcoming staff this location used to have? do not order delivery from this location, they claim they get the order, take your money and are not responsible for door dash or whomever delivers. So Basically you are out the order, take it up with your bank account!. Show that you deliver yet you do not! WTG Slim!
