The customer service was great the restaurant was very clean and sanitary the prices are okay somewhat reasonable but their chicken is trash to me they still got feathers on the chicken which is disgusting and I like my chicken fried hard the chicken was kinda soggy but there banana pudding in a jar was amazing
Definitely the worst experience at a slim chickens. This was my first time at this location and the last. Customer service was poor. Cashier wasn’t very friendly and not helpful at all and didn’t give us our change back and proceeded to not come back to the window.
Won’t ever be back to this location! Customer service sucks ! Freaking manager decided to count the drawer while I was in line paying with cash ………. lol can’t make this up and then forgot to give me my change back when I handed them the money ! lol yeah won’t be back here ever ! Good cold and we missing sauces which they charge for. What a joke of a place …..not a thank you or anything
