I used to come here all the time. First time ive been here in about 2 months and it was terrible. Chicken old, mushrooms minimal and soggy. Im really sad because the mushrooms were my favorite and the Assistant Manager brought me the food this way so I figure complaining would do me no good.
Hi! I am at slim chickens at 7:48 pm central time on Wednesday, March 11th, 2026, and I just had the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. The guy working the register had long ish hair, grey shirt, and a hat. I accidentally placed my order at the Madison location rather than the Cullman one, specifically the Clift farms location, and when I called the Madison location to try and cancel my order I was told they can’t cancel app orders and that I was out of luck. Food is a little pricey but good quality
This place used to be great. I don't know if the management is different or what. Past two times we've been there, we've ordered cayenne ranch chicken like always including my kids. Now you can't even take a bite without it scorching your mouth, because of the seasoning. I don't think it's the same cayenne ranch or they've messed up our order twice.
