The food here is genuinely fantastic. It’s easily some of the best I’ve had in this category. Unfortunately, the service experience at this location left a really bad taste. I placed an Uber pickup order in advance and arrived at 8:55 PM (they close at 10:00 PM). When I walked in, the employee behind the register was sitting or leaning in a way that blocked the pickup area. We have frequented this place many times since they opened and have NEVER had a bad experience. Everyone is so kind and courteous! The food is always fresh and hot. The atmosphere is great and the lobby and dine in is always clean and welcoming. The friendly welcoming smiles inside and through the drive up just make you so welcome and appreciated. The manager Chris, Robin and Heather are just a few team members that have been so great!
