I ordered the 5&5 meal and the wings it tasted weird and it’s all black from inside so I asked the employee to change it the said nothing we can do so I told them to throw the wings and they threw the whole thing with my fries and they make me pay for another order and no fries they said you have to pay for the fries if you want some. The restaurant is not clean at all it was empty and the tables and the bathroom nasty!! Don’t go to this location and don’t order wings

25 minutes for a single chicken sandwich while 4+ employees stood around socializing in the back. 8:40pm, with 2 other customers in the building. Insane. The manager literally had to yell at the staff to hurry up!
I drove 34 miles just to have lunch here today. I won't be doing it again anytime soon but it was worth it. The food & the service were great. The only bad thing about this as oppressed to Cane's is that it might take you longer to decide what you want. The strips are just as good. The sauces are at least as good. And the number of choices are even better! What do we have to do to get a Slim Chickens in St Charles?!?
