Jen and Kevin have been great to work with during my recovery from shoulder surgery. Jen is kind, friendly and most important to me, she is actually teaching me and making me aware of how my muscles should be working. I have been through PT, four different times at four different facilities and one of those times was for surgery on my opposite shoulder. The physical therapist (Chris) I give a five star to. He is very good about hearing your concerns and doing his best to get you feeling better. He is very professional and kind and has never made me feel uncomfortable in any way. I give this rating a one star due to one of the male assistants who I felt I was violated by. I was told by the female assistant that I would have my back massaged with a hand held machine with applied gel. I was never told that upon her leaving the area I was in that a male would come in, close the... read more

When my mother first started therapy she was not walking or talking. She is now walking, talking and doing almost everything for herself without any help. I rather sit in the back with the therapist than sit in the back and enjoy the workouts than sit in the lobby. I would recommend this place to any and everyone. The staff is friendly and is very motivated to all there patients. They treat everyone with respect and wants to see all thier patients doing better than when they started.

I was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's and was told about their big and loud program. My experience was great and I didn't have any problems at all. The staff was very attentive and patient with me. They explained all my exercise before and while I was doing them. They have a very welcoming and layed back atmosphere which was my favorite part because I never felt intimidated, neglected, or ignored.
