Lady behind the counter should learn how to ask questions and give professional help. These people are so into them self it’s wonder people still come here.
The only person who was professional was the eye doctor. I came in for an eyeglass and contact exam, was told that they would charge additional for both, ok. I chose to get eyeglasses which my insurance covers one pair per year and was told that transitions were an additional charge. Checked my benefits, this was incorrect. I had asked for a hard copy of my prescription, this was never provided to me so I took pictures of my exam results.
